Is it possible to buy apps without a credit card?

Hi, I'm not able to buy apps because of my credit card security code is not going through

iPad, iOS 6.1.4

You can buy apps with a prepaid iTunes card. Otherwise, go here:

http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store and request assistance.
