My app has automatically deleted itself from my phone and my apps history

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could possibly help me recover an app. I backed-up my phone to itunes, i was then given a new phone by apple, when i restored my phone from back-up my apps did not restore, so i had to manually restore them. 1 app has automatically deleted itself from my purchased app's history, I still have the reciept number and its in my purchase reciepts history but the app is no longer in my apps history and i cannot find it in app store. is there anyway to relocate it????
