To Do Software

I am switching from Blacberry Bold. It had a To do list software that you

typed in description

then Date (Month,Day, Year)

Then beginning Time

Then end time.

I've combed Google , Bing and Yahoo. all I can find is expensive apointment web based services. or basic list that just allow you type in that and nothing else. Even Reminders all it will allow you to do, is just type in the item. and where you start from I have Busy Cal and iCal and can't seem to set up anything like this. I want a stand alone app devoted to do nothing but this and this alone that works on iPhone and Mac.
