I reset my phone and need to restore my information however I have two backup options. I want to restore using both options. Help please

You can only restore from one backup

What do you mean you have two backup options and want to restore using both? That doesn't make sense. You can restore a backup. It's all or nothing. Restoring a different backup will erase the phone and replace the data with what's in that backup.
You can not merge the data from more than one backup.
Sorry, one or the other...you can't combine or use both.
Thanks for the info. Problem is I had to get another phone and when I got the new phone not all of my info and pictures restored to the new phone . So I'm in the process of learning how to restore my info from the old phone. I had to reset my phone and wasn't told which backup to use
So basically I've listed what I backed up today if I go with the older backup of which I really need
