How do you sync iBooks between ipad and MacBookPro?

You can copy ibooks from the iPad to your Mac's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases.


To sync ibooks from your Mac to the iPad's iBooks app, select the iPad on the left-hand sidebar of your Mac's iTunes (on iTunes 11 you can enable the sidebar via option-command-S), and then use the Books tab on the right-hand side of iTunes to select and sync them
