Hello,
I develop combobox in HTML widget of iBooks Author. When user select item in the combobox, open/link to content within the book. Please advise me how to link to content within the book by using HTML widget.

Although that would be a great feature, it is not possible to link to pages from a widget.
It sounds lie you're after what the TOC already does for you.
Just make sure that whatever you have in your combo box list equates to section headings. These are automatically added as hyperlinks to the TOC. That way you don't need a separate widge - this is likely to be more seamless for your readers too.
Think of a widget in iBA as being a bit like a self-contained module within a book. Therefore the way things stand at the moment, whatever you have in a widget effectively exists independently from the rest of the book, more or less.

TOC is good.
However, it is required to add a combobox into an ibooks page, user can select combobox items to go to related pages.
Does anyone know how to add combobox into iBook Author without using HTML widget? Please advise me!

The combo box functionality is not a built-in feature of IBA. You can create a manual TOC with hyperlinks to bookmarks inside your book, but these would be text hyperlinks, not combo boxes.
You could somehow imitate a combo box by using a Pop-Over widget.
