Q: where on the web are my pictures?

I am using Photo Stream and some of my family can not access the cloud. Can they see them on the web? If so where?

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.4

This is what you want. Instructions for how to set up Shared Photo Streams in iPhoto for Mac

Specifically, if you check the option titled Public Website, it will provide a link in the email sent to those you share it with that they can click to view the photos online.

Then in the sidebar you can also see the link.
It works quite well!! Enjoy.
