Camera Roll empty after new screen on iPhone 5.

Hi,

I have iphone 5. I enabled iCloud when I lost my phone before - set it up and turned on back-up included Photostream.

Thought this was done automatically.

Cracked the screen, had it replaced and have lost all photos inthe camera roll.

How do I get them back??
