Can I install OSX/Bootcamp uniquely?

So I have a strange scenario..

I have a MacPro5,1 machine that was used to clone bootcamped hds for deployment. Everything on that end worked well.

I take that same 5,1 and pop in a pulled hd from an PC workstation (Dell). The 5,1 boots into Windows and does the whole device driver identification thing, reboots and everything seems to be working fine. Even the end users Profile was kept intact.

Now the question is, can I or should I install bootcamp drivers onto the system? To allow the end user to the full functions of the 5,1 (keyboard shortcuts, etc.).

Or should I try (if possible) to install OS X, and then install bootcamp drivers?

Thanks in advance.

Mac Pro, Windows 7
