What apps do you want to put back, and why did they disappear?

If you did not delete the apps but they are hidden you can go to Settigns > General > Reset ? Reset Home Screen Layout.

If these are apps you deleted, youmust download them again.

If apps disappeared due to exdeeding the limit on the number of home pages, you will have to combine apps into folders so there is room for more apps.
