4 parameter logistic fit graph

I am trying to make a 4 parameter logistic fit graph. I don't think I can do that with numbers, but I am looking to find a compatible program to download on a MacBook pro computer. Any ideas?

So far I have not seen enything (in searching using Google) that indicates Numbers cannot perform this task. It does not have a built-in template so you would have to make a document for this specific task. IF there are Excel workbooks you currently use you should start with one of the those then adapt as needed.

You can also build a generatic document where you can add specific test data

Can ou provide any details regarding a "4 parameter logistic fit graph"? I don't know if Numbers can or can not do this.

A 4 parameter logistic fit graph is a nonlinear regression model used for curve fitting. I need this for an ELISA analysis, which a biochemical assay.
