Q: series pass has not downloaded the last 3 of the series

I am trying to complete my series pass but the episodes have stopped at 18 even though 3 more have been broadcast. I have not had the usual email to say that an episode is now available. How can i complete the series?

Are those 3 episodes in the iTunes store ? If not then the TV company may not have yet passed them to Apple to put in the store
