trying to add purchased music

Purchased music on my home computer and trying to download purchased music to my work computer. Apple is saying I have 5 computers and can't add another but I only have 3?

Have you had other computers in the past and/or reinstalled or updated the OS on the computers that you currently have without first deauthorising them ?


As you have more than 1 computer authorised then you can log into your account on your computer's iTunes (via the Store > View My Account menu option) and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need : authorising and deauthorising.
