I bought a power mac off someone and i want to make another account and become administrater but when i click the lock it says to type in adminstrator username and password but i dont know the administrator before i bough it help
Ask the person you bought it from for the username and password. Alternatively, if you have a compatible Mac OS X install disk, restart the computer with the Option key held down and use the Reset Password function on the disk.
