Lost visual voicemail on ip4 after altering tariff - sent new sim - do I need to install it? Was already on O2 anyway.... help!! (B4 I smash the bally thing!!)

Tried all the "fixes" posted - sorry - all useless! Still reverts to call up with no visual feed???? What do I have to do ...

b4 I stamp on it????

Visual voicemail is a carrier option. Contact them to determine if it is properly provisioned for your account.

Yurp. Absolutely spot on. O2 hadn't turned it on on my "new" account - entirely their fault and it will be up and running by midnight. Shame I smashed the durned thing, then!! (No nopt really!) Thnx so much for your help. you have restored my sanity - if not my belief that carriers actually do have a bit of a clue about what they are doing!!!
