Windows 7 doesnt show up on boot selection

So I installed windows 7 quite months ago, worked fine, was nice to play my old games.

My config: 750GB HDD (200GB for windows, 550 for OSX. I shrank the 550GB to 400GB, so I received a drive with 150GB, I formatted it as free space, ( I wanted to install Linux on it), and when I restarted, I held the option key down, and my Windows partition did not show up anymore.

What can I do with this? Is there a way to re bless the MBR?

Oh and another thing, I use parallels, and when I start the app, it is ABLE to boot windows, and works fine, it only doesnt show up when I hold the option key at boot.
