What's wrong with my iPhone 5?

Last night, my iPhone 5 started acting strange, apps crashing within 10 seconds of me opening them, cannot delete any photos, messages will not send.

So I decided to try and send a message, put my phone up and hope it works by the time I wake up, I headed to bed and woke up and the message was still sending, I dont know what is wrong with my phone. I've restarted it about 10 times.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1

Hello, Araceli Reyna.

Thank you for the question. I would recommend closing all applications in the multitasking menu and then restart the device. Also, check to see how much space is available on the device as this can limit device functionality if it is at capacity. You can check device capacity by going to Settings > General > About. Below, I have included instructions on how to Force an app to close. In the second article, see the section labeled Additional Information.
