Q: cannot clean screen

My iMac 27" display will not get clean. I use iKlear according to the directions, but a film remains on the screen. I took it back to Best Buy where I purchased it. Their sales people clean their screens regularly for display, but they could not get my screen to be clear and free of the "film."

Are you sure the film isn't on the inside of the screen? What year iMac is it?

It's a 2013. I took it back to the Best Buy where I purchased it and they assured me that no film was on the screen. They suggested I call Applecare.

Users here have reported screen cleaning issues using iKlear on their iMac's screens.
I use iKlear on my iPads and iPod Touch, but I do not use this on my iMac because of the numerous user issues with using iKlear on the iMac screens.
Have you tried just using a microfiber cloth dampened and really wrung out with warm water to clean the iMac's screen?
