my mail is not opening, but when i try and shut down computer it says its running? I have microsoft works and have outlook on here, but prefer mac mail. I used to could open it and check mail, now I can only check mail in outlook. any suggestions?
I cannot open my mail and physically see my emails. the computer won't shut down because it's telling me my mail is open and I'm getting notifications when I receive and email. Any thoughts? I'm sure I accidentally hit something, but cannot figure it out. I do have Microsoft works on this computer. I can pull email from outlook, but I prefer the mac mail which is where I typically check my mail.
