Thank you for the question. The first thing we need to check is if the mute switch is enabled as this could be the sudden cause to no sound with third party applications. The first article I have attached covers how to adjust this setting. I would also recommend closing all applications in the multitasking menu and then restart the device. The steps to process this are in the second and third article.
