I have just upgraded to a new phone and I want all my ringtones I have previously bought. I know how to get all music back but I have no idea about ringtones.
Can anyone help at all?

Did you backup your last iPhone to the cloud or somewhere?
You'll need to restore of synch them over.
I did but my ringtones don't seem to be on there. I thought that you could just purchase them back off of iTunes
Ringtones are a one time download only. If you didn't back them up, you'll have to repurchase them as they are not availalbe from iTunes in the Cloud.
However, if you had made an iCloud backup, you could restore from that backup, whch is suggested anyway if you have a new phone. Less hassle then re-starting everything from scratch.
