I'm pretty sure that such thing is banned from the Apple Store.
It is possible to buy credits for PokerStars inside their Apple APP without using the AppStore.
Apps cannot have their own built-in way to charge people for their services.
Apps should only use AppStore to sell stuff with their apps.
Am I wrong ?

No, this is called an in-app purchase and Apple does indeed regulate this. If you go to the app's page in the App Store, there should even be a menu that says "Top In-App Purchases." AFAIK, they still get their 30%.
There is no "in-app purchase" in PokerStars app.
The app itself has a "page" where it asks for my credit card information.

Any services that the app uses or additional app functionality has to go through Apple. If the app allows you to purchase anything else, then that is specifically forbidden from using Apple's payment gateways. I guess the credits fall into the same category as coffee in the Starbucks app.
Why is pokerstars allowed to ask for credit card inside the app ?
