How can I rename a Bluetooth device on my iPad?

How can I rename my Bluetooth device on my iPad? I just bought the same model of a Bluetooth speaker that my daughter uses and since I babysit for her often, I want to be able to connect to either device. And I want to be able to distinguish by name each device.
