Having big tim problems with iCal

Aloha:

All of a sudden iCal lost all mt contacts. When I go back a day or so in the time capsule I get an iCal that has contacs. But when I try to run it I get the above.

About to chuck it all in the brinney deep and go back to snail mail!!! Need some help!!!
