Q: Still could not sync between my ipod touch 4th gen. even when I reinstalled the itunes software

Last month when my warranty is about to expire (which it is now), I was watching a music video through a youtube app. Usually they have a link down below if you wanna know more about the music or wanna purchase it online. So I clicked the link below and I got transferred through itunes in japan. And that's where the problem got me. Even if I went to the Apple store near my location and told  them what I did through youtube and told me they never heard anything like it. So they format my ipod which I have no problem at all and got home trying to sync it again through my windows laptop and I'm still getting the same error. It's too late now to get my ipod replaced sinced my warranty expired May 2 of this year.
