I am now in China, I bought my iPhone5 in US, now iphone not working on calling or receiving a call, it ring once then shows failed, I don't know how can I solve this problem. I've tried updating the iOS, the version now is 6.1.4, but still not working.

I bought iPhone5 in US, now I am in China. (I didn't try it in US, so...)

My iphone can not work on calling or revieving a call, it shows calling for like 2 sec then shows failed to call.

but messaging and other functions works OK.

I change my card to another iphone, it works. no it's not card issue.

I updated the iOS to 6.1.4, still now working.

I don't know if there's any solutionto solve this prolem?

If I have to ship it back to US for changing a new one, where should I ship it?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

If you have to ship your phone back to the US, then you will need to ship is to a friend or a relative who actually lives out there. You CANNOT ship it directly to Apple as they will not accept it. Send it to a relative or friend that you have there and if you don't have any, then you are out of luck as there is nothing that you can do.

That is why is was not really a good idea to purchase an iPhone is the US when you are ultimately going to use it in China. With no international warranty on the iPhone you are stuffed really. You should have bought it in China and then you would not be facing this problem.

Nothing you can do except get on a plane and fly to the US or send the phone to a friend or relative.
