Hard drive crashed-ipod touch
a my music is on my ipod touch 3rd gen. how can i get it onto my new computer? I would rather maneuver around a bunch of steps than ddownload a program.

The ipod is not a storage/backup device. The sync is one way - computer to ipod. The exception is itunes purchases: Files>Devices>Transfer Purchases
