Apps downloaded to an iPad that was stolen now linkable from iCloud to iPod. I need to delete these apps for security reasons. Dropbox, IU Moble linkage etc. How might I do this?

I had an my unlocked iPad stolen from a university library recently. I am now seeing that the apps

that I thought would have expired by now are still available for download and update from iCloud.

Some of these apps such as dropbox, IU Mobile, Pandora and Docks to Go may create a

personal data security issue if hacked. How might I delete or erase these apps and contained data

from the my iCloud account??

iPad, iOS 4.1
