Ipad mini screen yellowish at the bottom..

Anybody have a experience about the yellowish at the bottom of screen??i just use my ipad 2weeks ago and i noticed at have some yellowish colour at the bottom of screen..at malaysia i dont now whee to find apple store because im order my ipad from singapore via online..so i need some help that have experience how to fix my ipad problem at malaysia..
