I'd like to publish photos of my house on a web site to sell it, but hide my personal domain to remain anonymous. So, instead of www.mydomain.com, it should be something like www.anonymous.com/8hdkoo22, without any referrer to mydomain.com. How can I do that?

Whatever you do, if you have the actual pages/photos hosted at your domain, your domain URL will be accessible to anyone who cares to delve a small amount.
If you want to be able to do this without any chance of people identifying your domain you will have to publish elsewhere. Perhaps one of the free photo album sites would be suitable.
