My iPad is now longer appearing in iTunes and under devices it says the iPad needs "troubleshooting" - anyone have any idea how to resolve
I've never had any issues before connecting devices to iTunes, but suddenly my iPod and my iPad Mini are both not appearing in the list. When the iPad is connected to the laptop under devices it says it needs troubleshooting, however I've tried that and it doesn't resolve the issue.
I've also completely removed iTunes from the laptop and reinstalled but again, this has not resolved anything.
Any one else had this issue and any help on how to resolve would be appreciated. I need to transfer things off my iPad but currently can't!
