Where do I find the registeration for quick time 7

Quicktime Player -> Edit menu -> Preferences -> Register

I havethe same problem too, but my brand new Quicktime Player does not have Preferences in the Edit Menu and there isn't a Quicktime icon in the System Prefernces either. It's looking dodgy.

If you're on a Mac, you need QuickTime Player 7.
