I dropped my iPhone 5 into soap. It was not fully submerged but I pulled it out quicky and dried it off. The water damage indicator did not turn pink, and my phone was working perfectly fine afterwards .I put it in rice for an hour just as a precaution. Again, it was working perfectly fine. Later that night I got home and went to charge it but it wouldn't hold a charge. It kept going in and out, so my phone couldnt charge completely and now it's dead. Help?

Sounds like enough water got into your iPhone to short it out.
Make an appointment at a Genius Bar to have it tested/inspected.

Expect to pay US $229 for out of warranty replacement if it is

After I tried to charge it and realized it didn't work, I left it in rice up until now and it still is not working. So from 12am-11am in rice.
Like the other two responses said, take it into an Apple Store. At this point troubleshooting will most likely not help the situation. I would try and back up you data, if possible, and figure out if you have AppleCare+.
It's compeltely dead so I can't back it up but I have a backup from about a week ago. I do have AppleCare+ but since the indicators haven't turned pink should I tell them that it fell in soap or..?
Yes tell them exactly what happened. There are other indicators inside the phone and when the repair guys inspect the device the would know if it had liquid damage. And besides, AC+ coveres liquid damage.
