Why does my iPhone 5 keep crashing?

I've had my iPhone 5 for nearly 2 months and it just recently started to crash continuous on variety of apps such as Facebook, safari etc.

Please help!!!

Try a Reset...

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.
