No, there is not yet a way to do that. Albums created on the iPhone cannot be synced back to the mac.

You might try other ways to send photos back to the mac in a structured way, depending on your IOS version:

• You could use Journals instead of albums. If you share a Journal, you can see it on your Mac.  http://support.apple.com/kb/PH3152
