The screen seems to have active points without me touching them
It looks like a virus, which I know it's impossible. The left side of my screen "touches" itself. Apps shut down, things open by themselves.
iPad 2, iOS 6.1.4

Connect to iTune and do a Restore.
I have been reading many threads in this forum that there may be a hardware problem with the ipad 2. contact apple support to get it replaced.
Try cleaning the screen, with a clean, dry cloth. (Do not use cleaning chemicals, they can damage the screen's fingerprint-resistant coating.) Sometimes dirty screens can cause phantom "touches."
If that doesn't help, try resetting the device. Press and hold both the home button and the sleep/wake button for about 10 seconds, until the screen turns off. Ignore the slider that will appear. Release the buttons, then press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Apple logo appears. This is the equivalent of a reboot, and should not affect your data or apps.
If that still doesn't help, try Diavonex's suggestion. You can try restoring to your last backup, but if that doesn't work, you'll want to try wiping it totally clean (restore it to factory settings). If the problem persists after restoring to factory settings, it's a hardware issue and you'll need to contact Apple.
As you suspected, this is definitely not the work of a virus. Even if you have jailbroken the iPad and have been infected with one of the rare bits of malware capable of infecting jailbroken (and only jailbroken) iPads, this isn't the way those things behave.
