    me too it is dead a door knob..I was running an update it shut down after it  was complete and  never  lit up again... no clue   no  pros  can  get it to start either...very bummed!

    Please, keep me posted if  find an answer... It has been  in the closet now  fro 1 year or more.. $4,000... down the tube
