iLifeWhen you launch the app it will upgrade the Library to the new format. You'll get a message telling you that it's going to do that.
As always, before upgrading anything be sure to back up first.

I have several libraries and I'm worried that only one will be upgraded to the new format. I back up on time capsule, other kinds of backup would be absolutely impossible since there are thousands of full size pictures.
