My iPod worked fine with my Subaru audio system until I upgraded to iOS 6.1.3. Now the track forward and track backward controls do not work. I want to go back to iOS 6.1.1. Is this possible?

Am afraid that you can't! Apple doesn't allow downgrading iOS for whatsoever reasons. You can just upgrade to 6.1.4 and so on. Cheers!
There is not 6.1.4 for the iPod. 6.1.4 is iPhone 5 only.
Lol, I know it. I just mentioned it for the sake that the iOS can only be upgraded like such upgraded ones.
can I revert back to iOS 6.1.1 from iOS 6.1.3?
