when i first synced my ipad to my pc the ipad only uploaded part of my music library,and won't upload anymore.I can't upload from windows media player because it doesn't see the ipad as a mass storage device .any ideas? I had an archos android before which was simple to sync with media player.

You can only sync music to the iPad's Music app by connecting it to iTunes on your computer (or downloading purchases directly on the iPad via the iTunes store app). An iPad isn't designed to mount as a drive, nor to sync music from windows media played. Do you have all of your music in your computer's iTunes library ? If not, and if it's in a compatible format, then you should be able to add it via File > Add To Library, and you should then be able to sync it to your iPad.
