my ipod touch 4th gen suddenly wouldn't charge, or even when i connect it to the computer through usb cable, it will only display RED battery even pluged in for more than an hour. what could be the possible reason for this?..thank you

- Try another charging source
- Inspect the dock connector on the iPod for bent or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
