i have itunes match and itunes library saved in icloud but cannot access it with new iphone5

I got a new iphone5 last week and now i cannot access my itunes library - playlists, etc - all of which are saved in icloud and i have itunes match. how do i make it work like it used to with my prior iphone5 - they way that it is supposed to?
