Replacement logic board scheme

My 2007 Macbook Pro's logic board finally bit the dust a month or so ago. I know the replacement scheme officially finished last year but do you think Apple will still replace it?

17" Macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.8), 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

If they have the logic board your computer needs, they will replace your logic board, but it will be expensive. If they haven't got the logic board, they won't repair your computer because it's considered vintage.

My advice is to get another computer, but if your MacBook works correctly for your use, try to replace the logic board
