My iPhone 5 keeps shutting down and reseting all the data and then it began to do vertical lines on the screen and dime strangely and it enter in restart loop
So I tried to restore the phone and iTunes told it's going to update to 6.1.4 ( it was 6.1.3 ) and restore but it gives me error -1 or 9
I don't know what to do knowing that I don't live in the same country from where I bought it and here they refuse to maintain the iPhone

I've tried several USB cables , I've changed the computer 3 times and I disabled the antivirus and the firewall but the problem still exist
My iphone is not locked to any carrier why doesn't it has international warranty

The iPhone's warranty is not international because Apple doesn't provide an international warranty for the iPhone.
The only partial exception is for an iPhone purchased in a EU country. An iPhone purchased in a EU country can be exchanged under warranty in any EU country.
