Mein 1 Jähriges Mc Book hat probleme, es lässt sich nicht mehr richtig einschalten, beim einschalten beginnt die Festplatte zu rasen, der Bildschirm jedoch bleibt stundenlang weiss, auch sind keine Softwareaktualisierungen mehr möglich.

I understand that in the EU, there is a minimum warranty of two years on a Macbook Pro. I suggest that you take it in for servicing by an Apple store or an Apple reseller.

Why should I do that, its just a boot problem, may be i should install the system new ?
If a product is still within the warranty period, the best option is to take it to the manufacturers representatives to have the issue resolved. It is their obligation to make certain that the product is performing as designed.
These forums are meant to assist in those instances where the warranty is not applicable and thus there also is no guarantee that the issue will be resolved. It is an individual choice to bypass the warranty option, but I suggest that is a lesser choice.
