Q: LOST IPAD2 - Cannot be located - now what

Start shopping for a new one. Whoever found your iPad can just reset it and use it like it was theirs. Hopefully the person who found it will return it, if there is identifying information on it.

You should change your passwords on any accounts you accessed from the iPad, especially if you stored the passwords on the iPad.

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.

Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.
