Photostream Problems

I have 2 iclouds on my task bar and 2 users on my PC me and my wife. My photos stream with no problem from iphone to PC. My wifes shows the photo stream folders on the phone but doesnt show up on her PC user, How can I fix this?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3, I have a Dell PC with windowa 7
