"Print Preview - D:\TEMP\e3temp_4008\.aptcache\ae33cx5n/tf33c)hc" was not copied to the iPad "EFB-001" because it could not be foud.

I have wiped out my iPad and reload from backup. (Problems still exist from backup)

Appreciate some advise.

It seems you are not performing a backup, since the error implies a problem syncing a file from a PC to your device. Have you checked in the location given (D:/TEMP....) to see if the file is not there, as the erro indicates?

I am using a MacBook Pro with this iPad.

I know how to access the "Terminal" program on the Mac but I not sure how to find or access OS level on the iPad.

please advise
