Unable to access dev forums

Having the same issue. I would guess there is a license agreement we are supposed to sign, but its not coming up 😟

Same problem here, tested with Chrome and Safari, both on Windows and Mac.

Chrome developer tools are showing the following Javascript error:

Yeah I can't view them at all either for either of my Dev Licenses.

Same here - called Apple support two days ago, got email saying it was resolved. Still not resolved - very frustrating.

I'm locked out too! Don't know why!
