Share via email opens a new message with the Numbers, Excel or PDF file attached.

You can have more than one message open in Mail at the same time.

You can transfer attachments from one email message to another by simpy dragging the icon in the source message to the target message.

Putting those facts together:

Use Share > email > (format) to generate as many emails as needed to prepare all of the documents going to a single address. Do not address any o the messages.

Choose one of the messages to be the 'real' one.

Drag all attachments to the 'real' message, closing each of the others when you have moved the attachment.

Address and sent the 'real' message.

Hi Bad Monk,

Are you trying to Share > Send Via Email from within Numbers? Share will send only the document you are working on.

In Mail, you can click on the attachment icon (paper clip) then command click on several docs within a folder to include them all as attachments. Make sure you have saved them (in the format to suit your client, e.g. PDF or Excel*) before emailing.

Regards,

Ian.

*Excel: and therein lies another tale 😉. Ian.
